Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations private consumers have the rights to cancel an order. The right starts the moment the order was placed and doesn't end until 14 calendar days from the day the goods have been received.
If you have traded with EET as a private consumer and wish to cancel your order according to the Consumer Contracts Regulations, please fill out the necessary fields below and press “submit” when done.
In order to ensure the smoothest possible operation we kindly ask you to use the online form "Request RMA". Link to the form is located at the top of our website or here.
The form gives you a return order number (RMA number) which you indicate on the package - it eases our administration significantly and ensures that you get your money back as soon as possible.
Kindly observe that you have to return the products to us NO LATER than 14 calendar days after you have cancelled the order. Failing to do so means that your cancellation will not be accepted.
The responsibility for the goods is your responsibility and you must pay for shipping yourselves when you return the product. Kindly note that we do not accept packages sent to us by COD or to be collected at a post office.
All products returned to us must be securely wrapped. If the goods are damaged during shipment or lost, it is your responsibility.
As the original packaging in many cases is essential to the sales value, we require that the goods are always returned with its original packaging intact. Lacking ORIGINAL PACKAGING often leads to a deterioration of the selling price, meaning that based on an assessment made by us your reimbursement will be reduced with a correspondingly smaller amount equivalent to depreciation.

When the goods have been received, tested and approved by us, the amount initially paid reduced by any impairment losses will be reimbursed into your account within 6-10 days.
